BIM Manager
We are a consulting and engineering firm dedicated to providing customized and strategic technological solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement the BIM strategy across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards, processes, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external BIM teams, managing interactions between disciplines, engineering groups, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee model federation, clash detection, issue management, and BIM progress reporting using tools such as Navisworks and ACC.
• Act as the main BIM point of contact for the client, providing technical judgement, autonomy, and problem‑solving capability.
• Manage BIM governance, ensuring proper use of collaborative platforms and CDEs, without performing modelling tasks.
• Define and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and BIM reporting to support decision‑making.
• Identify risks, manage complex interfaces, and promote BIM best practices and continuous improvement in digital workflows.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 6–10 years of experience in BIM environments, with proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM lead on industrial or large‑scale projects.
• Strong management‑oriented profile focused on leadership, coordination, and decision‑making.
• Experience working on international projects with multiple stakeholders and multicultural teams.
• Solid technical BIM foundation, including knowledge of IFC formats and coordination best practices.
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage (model federation, clash detection, reporting).
• Strong expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC): Docs, Model Coordination, and Manage.
• Experience with BIM interoperability, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to lead multidisciplinary meetings.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to grow within an international environment.
