Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) construction activities on site.

• Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient execution of works.

• Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials required for construction activities.

• Ensure HSE requirements are implemented and maintained on site.

• Prepare progress reports and support the resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree or Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.

• At least 5 years of experience as a CSA/Civil Supervisor on large EPC projects.

• Mandatory experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Energy, or Heavy Industrial projects.

• Proven experience with earthworks, excavations, foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, and industrial infrastructure.

• Good knowledge of international construction standards and codes.

• Experience working in multicultural project environments.

• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English.
